FROM MDHA: We Want to invite all HCCDHA Members to attend MDHA's Annual Advocacy Day (formerly known as Lobby Day), on Friday January 27th 8-2. We will begin our day at the Miller Senate Building to brief and prepare our day. Our lobbyist Sandy Schrader and our legislative chairs Deb and Zenobia, will discuss our legislation and logistics of the day. We will then meet with our legislators and distribute educational bags regarding dental hygiene and our legislation.

FROM MDHA: If any HCCDHA member is interested serving on the legislative committee. We are looking representation from our component!! WE are making decisions that include all of MDHA and would like your input. We are even considering using SKYPE to do this for those that cannot attend our meetings "live" and want to be involved. Again, contact Debbie at her email if a member of your component is interested. A BOT member cannot have a vote on a committee according to ADHA rules, so if you know of a member that can either attend or SKYPE in, that would be 100% representation of all MDHA!!!!
